Meg a specialist in Oracle Digital Assistant alongside RPA, Autonomous Database and Blockchain. She has done various Digital Assistant solution proof-of-concepts to different industries such as  telecommunication, public sector, banks, school and retail across ASEAN.

 •Stephen Chua, Director,  MFE International 

Stephen has been involved in AI since 2004 with knowledge AI with Oracle and had been involved in 2 large government voice AI projects. As  a AI practitioner and with numerous contact centre projects, he marries deep experience in both AI and contact centres. Stephen has had several experiences in proof of concepts, pilots and deployments in Chatbots in various industries across ASEAN covering contact centres and inhouse employee assistants.
